چکیده
Symbiotic interaction between plants and microorganisms in the rhizosphere is an important factor affecting plant growth fitness. Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi symbiosis increases resistance of to stress factors, including pathogens. Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) destructive damaging tomatoes peppers with losses that can reach 100%. It listed on list current quarantine organisms Czech Republic. The aim this study was evaluate influence root colonization Funneliformis mosseae or/and Azospirillum brasilense ToBRFV symptoms viral titre reduction. Plants treated arbuscular mycorhizal (AMF) had lower symptom emergence after 14 dpi, however there no difference 21 dpi within all treatments. highest intensity by detected negative both AMF (AZO) lowest positive same treatment (AMF + AZO). Colonization variants went from 20% 41%. Results suggest combination those two beneficial ToBRFV-infected negatively affected colonization.

Transgenic tomato plants alter quorum sensing in plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria.
Two Gram-negative, plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPRs), denominated as M12 and M14, were classified by 16S rDNA sequencing as Burkholderia graminis species. Both strains were shown to produce a variety of N-acyl-homoserine lactone (AHL) quorum sensing (QS) signalling molecules. The involvement of these molecules in plant growth promotion and the induction of protection against salt str...

In Hungary resurgence of Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) frequently causes heavy crop losses in pepper production since the mid nineties. Management of TSWV control was first directed against the thrips (using different insecticides or plastic traps), and against weeds as host plants of the virus and the thrips. Later on Tsw resistance gene was introduced from Capsicum chinense PI 152225 and P...
متن کاملEffect of seed priming with selenium nanoparticles and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on improving Quinoa seedling growth under salinity stress
Soil and water salinity are the most important problems that limit crop production, especially in the arid and semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of growth-promoting bacteria and selenium nanoparticle pretreatment on increasing the tolerance of the Chenopodium quinoa plant to salinity. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with...
متن کاملEffect of Plant Growth Promoting Microorganisms from Rhizosphere of Piper Nigrum L
Six fungal isolates were selected from the rhizosphere of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) plants and were tested in vitro for their plant growth promoting (PGP) abilities in the soil. The species of Aspergillus selected were tested for the siderophore production, indole acetic acid (IAA) production, catalase enzyme activity and biological control of pathogens through antagonism. The results indi...
متن کاملGrowth, yield, and fruit quality of pepper plants amended with two sanitized sewage sludges.
Organic wastes such as sewage sludge have been successfully used to increase crop productivity of horticultural soils. Nevertheless, considerations of the impact of sludges on vegetable and fruit quality have received little attention. Therefore, the objective of the present work was to investigate the impact of two sanitized sewage sludges, autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion (ATAD) and...
